2. Use License & Restrictions
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our writing, editing, and analysis tools for your own personal or educational writing purposes.
Under this license, you may not:
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data or run high-frequency queries.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any software contained on the Website.
- Transfer or "mirror" the materials on any other server or service.
- Use our tools to generate malicious content, spam, or search-engine manipulation texts.
3. Academic Integrity & Ethics
The Writer Help tools (including the assignment rewriter, citation helper, paraphrasing tool, and AI text humanizer) are designed as **educational assistants and writing coaches**. They are intended to help users refine draft flow, check spelling and grammar, organize structures, and correct citations.
We do not promote, condone, or support academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or cheating. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our tools complies with your university, school, or educational institution's honor codes and integrity guidelines.
4. Accounts, Subscriptions & Payments
To access our tools, you must sign in via your Google account. We offer access on a paid monthly pass model.
- Manual Activation: Access is unlocked manually by the Helixnex Software Solutions support team after verification of payment screenshots sent via our approved channels.
- No Auto-Renewal: Subscription passes do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a new monthly pass when your subscription expires.
- Refund Policy: Due to immediate consumption of AI API credits, we do not offer refunds once tools have been used under an active pass.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The materials and tools on The Writer Help website are provided on an **'as is' and 'as available'** basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
In no event shall The Writer Help, Helixnex Software Solutions, or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, grades, academic standing, or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
